We’ve Refined Our Process Over 50 Years Of Building

Your Dream Home Build or Renovation starts with a Discovery Call with our Team.

Here we will learn about your exciting planned project and your goals you want to achieve.

There’s nothing more exciting than starting a journey you have planned for and worked to for years..

We call this our Preliminary Building Agreement (Prelim or PBA for short)

During this time, you will be working with one of our certified Draftsman to discuss plans and create concept designs.

At this stage we also prepare DA plans, and CC Approvals.

We finalise Exterior Finishes & Design, which includes a 3D Render, with a Proposal and costings.

At this stage of our process, we will supply you with a contract to sign.

Then it’s onto the exciting part of selecting all the features for your Dream Home or Renovation, with our In-House Designer.

From there, we will provide you with a Fixed Price Proposal and book the relevant Trades people for the project.

It’s at this stage where all the magic happens!

Your build commences!

You have access to our Project Management software, that will provide you with full transparency of your project 24/7.

Congratulations…

This is where you finally step into your new Dream.

You will be presented with a Certificate Of Completion, and OC, along with a 6 -month maintenance period plan and a 6-year structural warranty
