Absolutely, there will always be opportunities to make changes along the way, because we want to ensure you achieve your goal and create your dream home.

Project changes are called variations.

You will be provided with a cost associated with the variation and the opportunity to accept or decline that cost.

It is important to understand, some variations may not be possible if they will affect the structural integrity of the home, or if the time associated will negatively impact the remainder of your project.

It is important to note, that changes to the actual design of the home may not always be possible after works have commenced due to council and building permit requirements.

Because every custom build and renovation is unique with its own specific scope or requirements, we forecast in detail the build schedule and give you the timeline prior to Construction.

You will then be given a Construction Slot and start date to plan, and then have access to your Owner portal of our App where you can follow your build along in real-time 24/7.
