Meet the executive team:
Duane Adlington – Director and Master Builder
Duane is a Principle-based person of integrity and was brought up on building job sites, under the guidance of his dad, and has been officially Building since the age of 16.
He is a humble, skilled, quiet achiever, and as a leader, purely demonstrates in his way, work ethic, and intention, the Adlington Way.
He is committed, determined, honest and builds magnificent homes!
He leads his team to always give their best to help our clients in all situations, at all times. Duane loves helping people and using his skills and that of his team to help and improve others lives and create their dream life and lifestyle.
On the personal side, Duane loves his family deeply and loves being a dad to his 2 children. In his spare time, he enjoys a casual game of golf and enjoys playing hockey. (Especially in the Australian Masters Championships.) He also equally loves being at his kids events and games, and coaching at times.
Liesa Adlington – Director and Business Manager
Liesa is a passionate leader and loves working alongside a team of phenomenal people at Adlington Homes and uses her expertise and love of building to help as many people to design, create and build their Dream Custom Home.
She manages all areas of the business, and has a passion for learning, growing, systems, implementation, teaching and innovation. She loves people, her family, being a mum to her 2 beautiful children whom she is so proud of, and generally helping people and Improving life at all times.
Liesa gets her energy from seeing others happy, fulfilled and growing and achieving their best.
Liesa’s “other life” consists of playing the guitar for 42 Years, and teaching for 35 yrs. She was the Head Teacher of guitar at the Wollongong Conservatorium for 15 years. She has Taught and influenced many lives in her years, and performed extensively, even on stage with Tommy Emmanuel. Liesa has also taught her own kids and has had the privilege of performing with them as well.
Life is measured by the moments in them, and Liesa loves the transformation!

Samantha Green – Office Co-ordinator and Design Assistant
Samantha is a qualified and practiced Interior Designer with 5 years of experience, taking inspiration from the natural beauties of nature, along with working hard to achieve the best possible result.
She has assisted thousands of clients over the years in creating their dream homes through colour selections and final finish options, and is a specialist in all flooring.
Samantha Highly enjoys learning and growing, and is very passionate about Interior Design. In her spare time, she Loves to read, play video games, work out at the gym and adventuring with her partner & puppy.
Jeremy Howard – Project Manager and Estimator
Specialising in Business Strategies, Contract Management, Cost Control, Project Management and Procurement & Tendering – Jeremy has extensive experience as a Corporate Procurement Specialist who has had $1.1Bn of contracts under his management spread through 18 national operations.
When Jeremy isn’t working to achieve the above, he loves to go on holidays with his partner and three kids, or simply go to the beach and have a BBQ…oh and sneak in a beer or two.
Adam Le Dieu – Leading Hand
In the construction industry, Adam has had a diverse range of experiences from multi-level high rise residential and commercial fit outs and facade, to high end residential and everything in between. His passion and what he enjoys the most is facade and finish carpentry. This is where he gets to put the finishing touches on the builds for everyone to see.
Adam prides himself on running jobs efficiently, with a focus on site cleanliness and safety to insure the highest level of Quality in his work.
Adam is a proud father of 3, that loves spending every spare minute with them doing everything from coffee down the road, to fishing and riding bikes.
Bec Johnston – Accounts
A country girl at heart, Bec likes to find the simplicity in life.
As a Professional Organiser, she believes that helping others find simplicity is her goal in life. Taking the boredom out of doing the books, she wants to add more fun in every task that is required in running a business.
Bec has been helping others in business for over 20 years & as a Professional Organiser, BAS agent, Coach & Trainer, is an integral part of Adlington Homes Executive Team.
