Trust is critical.

Firstly, there’s not only the financial aspect, but trust goes so much further.

Firstly, do your background research. How long has the company been operating?

What do past and present clients say? Is there a reputation etc. Do your due diligence till you feel comfortable.

Also, how is the overall building process run?

Do they utilise a Project Management system where everything is transparent? Can you see everything that is going on with your build at any time? And be able to comment and ask questions?

Most of all, trust your gut! Trust you, and trust your intuition.

Can your builder answer all your questions?

What is their knowledge base?

Do you feel heard?

How much experience have they had with like projects?

Do you like them?

Do you like their values and how they see life?

Are you both on the same page wanting to achieve the same outcome?

Find your builder and choose a wonderful partnership that not only builds your dream project but with honest, clear communication, enjoy the whole process of getting there!
